Welcome to Wedding Champs Photography. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and the photographer-matching service offered through it (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
1. Who we are
Wedding Champs Photography is operated as part of the Wedding Champs network in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@weddingchamps.com or on +971 50 304 7470.
2. The service we provide
When you submit a quote request through our forms, we share your event details with up to three independent photographers from our vetted network so they can prepare a quote for you. The actual contract for photography services is between you and the photographer you choose, not with Wedding Champs.
- We do not guarantee the availability, performance, or outcome of any individual photographer.
- Pricing, packages, and inclusions are determined by each photographer.
- You are free to accept, decline, or negotiate any quote you receive.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a request, and to keep it updated if circumstances change.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests, or impersonate another person.
- Use the Site or Service to harvest data, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with normal operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our database, or the admin area.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its layout, text, graphics, photographs, and the Wedding Champs name and logo, is owned by Wedding Champs or licensed to it. You may view and share the public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.
6. Third-party photographers
Photographers in our network are independent businesses or freelancers. While we screen photographers before adding them, we do not control their day-to-day operations. Any agreement, payment, deposit, refund, or dispute relating to photography services is solely between you and the photographer.
7. No guarantees / limitation of liability
The Site and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the matches we provide will result in a booking.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or any photography service booked through it.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to AED 500.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Wedding Champs does not collect payment for photography services. Cancellations, refunds, deposits, and rescheduling are handled directly by the photographer you book, in line with their own terms.
9. Promotional offers
From time to time we may publish promotional offers (for example, an Early Bird discount). These offers are subject to availability, may have additional conditions, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
